Kammy Haynes, Ph.D. brings to All About Performance years of experience in the areas of skill assessment for selection and development, interview and test development, coaching, meeting and team facilitation, corporate downsizing, and supervisory training.

Dr. Haynes' most recent projects include developing and scoring exercises for executive leadership assignments, creating an interactive CD-ROM assessment for all levels of call center employees, conducting attitude and customer satisfaction surveys, increasing employee involvement in problem solving activities, and facilitating strategic planning sessions. Her clients represent a variety of industries: utilities, telecommunications, apparel manufacturing and distribution, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.

Prior to joining All About Performance, Dr. Haynes was an internal human resources consultant for Southern California Edison. The majority of here work involved departmental restructuring during the early stages of the utility industry deregulation. She received her B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. Dr. Haynes has taught undergraduate college courses and is part of the extension faculty at the University of California-Irvine.
