Dr. Haynes' most recent projects include developing and scoring exercises for executive leadership assignments, creating an interactive CD-ROM assessment for all levels of call center employees, conducting attitude and customer satisfaction surveys, increasing employee involvement in problem solving activities, and facilitating strategic planning sessions.
Warren Bobrow, Ph.D. specializes in employee selection, manager assessment, structured interviews, and opinion surveys. Dr. Bobrow has worked in a diverse range of industries, including customer contact centers, finance, health care, petroleum, retail, distribution, telecommunications, utilities, apparel manufacturing and the public sector throughout North America and India. He strives to create assessment programs designed to meet specific client needs that are easily managed. Dr. Bobrow brings experience in working with human resources and operations executives and creativity to projects, many of which include the use of advanced computer technologies to deliver the most value possible to clients.
